I received this yesterday, tried the unit on a couple of jumpers and it worked perfectly. Today I tried another garment and the unit stopped working. I have put it on the charge, the red light shows and when it turns to green I would assume it is fully charged. I switch it on, it works until I place it on the garment and it stops. I have tried leaving it on the charger longer but with the same results.
What is my next step regarding a replacement unit?
