The good part of this is the locking mechanism which secures the holder very well. The downside is that if you have a case on your phone it doesn't fit so you have to take it out of the case.

Ours has the hook that fits into the vent and once tightened it was nice and snug and securely holds our phone. You can still move it in all directions to have it at the right angle for the driver.

Mount seems well made and its a good idea hooking to the vent, however it just doesn't work for my vehicle. The vent slats in my car are too narrow, so the mount won't tighten enough to be secure. Which is unfortunate and disappointing, as I had high hopes for the mount

It's ok but not like the pictures. It is only the hook mount. It doesn't fit a phone perfectly with a case on it. It does still hold it though.
